Michelle DeJean Schechner is a Managing Director and Senior Banker in the Phoenix office of Citi Private Bank. She focuses exclusively on advising ultra affluent clients and philanthropic organizations through advice in the areas of investment management,
portfolio analytics, family office initiatives, capital markets, wealth and estate structuring and planning, and structured and customized finance.
Michelle is responsible for delivering Citi’s Private Bank global capabilities and strategies with a commitment of unbiased advice and world-class service. She joined Citi Private Bank in 2011 and she holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 31 and 66 licenses. Michelle has
35 years of financial services experience and joined Citi after approximately 10 years as a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at US Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Prior to US Trust, Michelle held various leadership roles in
investment and liquidity management, structured subordinated debt lending, commercial banking, and international correspondent banking while at PNC and Bank One [now JPMorgan Chase].
Michelle holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She lives in Scottsdale and is actively engaged in the philanthropic community in Arizona. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Homeward Bound and Ballet Arizona.
