Samantha began her training under the tutelage of Prima Ballerina Sherry Moray. In 2007, Samantha was a finalist at Youth America Grand Prix. While studying privately with Miss Moray, Samantha was a member of Illinois Ballet Theatre where she performed featured roles in “Marche Militare“, “Pandora ‘s Box” and was a solist in “Ancient Airs and Dances” , all original Ballet’s choreographed by Sherry Moray. During the summer, Samantha studied at Orlando Ballet and Cincinnati Ballet where at the tender age of 18 was offered a trainee position under the direction of Victoria Morgan and Devon Carney.  While there, she danced the role of Demi-Sprite in “Midsummer Nights Dream “as well as appearing in “Nutcracker”, “Sleeping Beauty”,and “Peter & the Wolf”. Samantha danced with Alabama Ballet under the direction of Tracey Alvey & Roger Van Fleteren.  Samantha performed in Alabama Ballet’s production of “Swan Lake”, “Alice in Wonderland”, “Paquita” and toured with Balanchine’s “Nutcracker”. She also appeared in “B Major”, an original piece choreographed by Roger Van Fleteren.  Samantha joined Ballet Arizona in 2012 where she is privileged to dance among such amazing artists.
