The focus of this class is to develop flexibility and instill confidence. Dance is a stimulating activity that connects the mind and body.

Offered Wednesdays 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and Fridays 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. starting on February 3rd, 2017 (except on major holidays)
$5 per class
