Exchanges/Donations/Credits
- We can exchange your ticket(s) for a $5 per ticket fee to any production within the current season.
- You can donate the value of your ticket(s) as an in-kind donation to Ballet Arizona, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
- You can get Box Office Credit for the value of your ticket(s) which will expire at the end of the season.
The above three options are only available before the performance begins. If you cannot use your ticket(s), you need to reach out to the Box Office before the performance begins to take advantage of the available options. If you cannot reach us, leaving a voicemail or email time stamped before the performance begins is sufficient.
