Charlotte Rheingold is an Arizona native and was practically raised in a dance studio in southern Arizona. While her dance career never quite took off, she did develop a lasting love for ballet and the arts. Charlotte currently works in the Learning and Develop field as a Training Specialist at Carvana, where she has been for the past 4 years.
Professionally, she enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest in adult learning theory, instructional design, and change management. In her free time, she loves attending local arts events (like Ballet Arizona performances of course!), trying new restaurants, and sewing a handmade wardrobe at home.
