Summary/Objective:

Join Ballet Arizona’s School team as a part-time School Assistant. Provide front-line administrative and customer service support for students, families, and staff. Evenings and weekends required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phones and emails, and handle general inquiries.

  • Manage class check-in, registration/enrollment, and process payments.

  • Maintain attendance and registration records and assist with scheduling.

  • Support teaching and musical staff coordination and perform administrative tasks.

  • Assist with supervision during student drop-off/pick-up and at events as needed.

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year customer-service experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using databases.
  • Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and travel occasionally within Maricopa County.

Work Environment: 

 

  • Primarily office and community partner site work; event support at main office and external sites required.
  • Evenings, weekends, and travel for performances and donor cultivation/events will be required.
