Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Cheyenne started dancing at the age of five with The School of Ballet Arizona in 2010. During her time at The School, she received featured roles in The School’s and Company productions, such as Clara in The Nutcracker and as a Tall Swan in Swan Lake. After 11 years of training with The School, she joined Ballet Arizona’s Studio Company for the 2021-22 Season.
As a member of the Studio Company, she performed with the Company in Sir Fredrick Ashton’s Les Patinuers, Ib Andersen’s The Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet, and Juan Gabriel. She has also performed in George Balanchine’s Serenade, Bourrée Fantasque, and Stravinsky Violin Concerto. With The School, she performed in principal roles in The School’s production of The Sleeping Beauty as the Lilac Fairy and Carabosse. She joined the Company as a Trainee for the 2022-23 Season.
