Jill Hegardt is Vice President at DMB Development LLC In this capacity, her responsibilities include directing and coordinating entitlement activities for all DMB projects in Arizona, leading public affairs activities and leading the DMB legal team. Jill spent the first half of her career in the public sector working as the Planning Director for Maricopa County and the Town of Cave Creek, Arizona.
She has been involved in the community serving in leadership positions on many boards and is currently the Chair for Valley Partnership. Jill co-chaired the Local Host Committee for the 2016 National American Planning Association Conference which was held in Phoenix. She previously served on the Boards of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, East Valley Partnership and the Child Crises Center. She has served as President, Treasurer, North Central Section Director and on the Board of the Arizona Planning Association. She also was appointed to serve on the Maricopa County Judicial Nomination Commission. Jill received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.
Jill is an avid supporter of the dance community as an avid supporter of her daughter who is currently a dance major at the University of Arizona.
