Steven Douglass has 19 years of banking experience and currently serves as a Vice President and Private Banking Relationship Manager at NB|AZ®. Steven works with his high-net-worth clientele in a very hands-on, consultative fashion by providing a tailored approach to how financial services are delivered. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he works with a team of professionals enabling him to discern and address a full range of financial needs and concerns his clients have ranging from banking, lending and treasury management. Working closely with experienced advisors, he and his team take the time to understand a client’s current and future objectives. Together, a comprehensive strategy is developed to address a variety of planning needs such as cash management, credit management, risk management along with wealth and fiduciary management. Steven earned his Bachelor of Science in Advertising from NAU, and later earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Steven holds series 7 and 66 security licenses through LPL Financial along with being licensed as a mortgage loan officer.
Steven is an active member of the Emerging Business Group of Phoenix and a past member of the Arizona Town Hall Leadership Forum and Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce. He also has a passion for aiding nonprofit organizations that focus on helping low-income disadvantaged children.
