Ticket Policies

BALLET ARIZONA TICKET POLICIES

The following policies apply to all Ballet Arizona company productions and Studio Spotlights.

  • By purchasing tickets, you agree to our terms and conditions.
  • All sales are final. No money will be refunded or reimbursed either in part or in full.
  • Please note that there is a $10 per ticket processing fee. The processing fee is applied regardless of whether you purchase tickets online, over the phone, or in person.
  • Everyone, regardless of age, needs a ticket.
  • If we suspect you are purchasing tickets to resell them, your account will be deactivated.
Please be sure to reference the Bag & Screening policy before attending a performance.
 
 

LATE SEATING

There is no late seating. Patrons who arrive late will not be allowed to their assigned seat until intermission. Please note not all performances have an intermission. In this circumstance, you may exchange your tickets at the Box Office window for a $5 per ticket exchange fee, donate the value of your tickets, or get Box Office credit which will expire at the end of the fiscal year.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible seats are available for the patron in need of an accommodation and up to four companions.

EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, & BOX OFFICE CREDIT

If you cannot attend the performance:

  • We can exchange your tickets for a $5 per ticket exchange fee to any production within the current season. You are responsible for any applicable price difference. If you select cheaper seats, the difference will be applied to your account in the form of Box Office Credit.
  • You can donate the value of your tickets as an in-kind donation to Ballet Arizona, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Please note that in-kind donations cannot be applied to specific campaigns (e.g. Angel Night).
  • You can get Box Office Credit for the value of your tickets which will expire at the end of the fiscal year (June 30th).

The above three options are only available before the performance for which you have tickets begins. If you cannot use your tickets, you must reach out to the Box Office before the performance begins to take advantage of the available options. If you cannot get in touch with the Box Office, leaving a voicemail or email timestamped before the performance begins is sufficient.

DISCOUNTS

We offer Senior, Military, and College Student discounts over the phone or in person. Tickets must be picked up at Will Call with valid proof of age/association relative to the discount. The discount only applies to the individual themselves, not their entire party. Senior tickets are for patrons 65 years of age or older. Military tickets are for those currently serving and veterans. College Student tickets are for college students only with a valid college ID.

  • Discounts do not apply to Savers or Premium seats.
  • You cannot combine discounts.
  • If there are any active promo codes, they will not be given out by any Ballet Arizona staff.
  • If there are any active promo codes, they will be honored only during the time of the promotion. If you purchase tickets at a discount during a promotion, and then exchange your tickets at a later time when the promotion is no longer active, you will be charged the full price for the new tickets.

Promo codes must be entered before you select seats.

Buy with 100% certainty only through Ballet Arizona (balletaz.org, 602.381.1096). If you purchase tickets from a third-party, we are unable to guarantee that your tickets are valid, nor are we able to refund, exchange, or reprint the tickets.



THE SCHOOL OF BALLET ARIZONA TICKET POLICIES

The following policies apply to all The School of Ballet Arizona productions.

Patron Privacy Policy

To protect our patrons, we will not release any patron’s information (personal or ticket-relate) to any other patron. If you wish for us to release your information to certain patrons, please call the Box Office and let us know. We need to hear from both parties involved to create a relationship between your accounts.

Kindly note that www.balletaz.org and tickets.balletaz.org are the sole authorized sources for purchasing any event tickets being hosted . If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void. Please contact the Box Office at Ballet Arizona directly for the most up to date information.
