Art in the 48 – Ballet Arizona Feature
Ballet Arizona dancers Jillian Barrell & Nayon Iovino were recently featured in the PBS program Art in the 48. Take a peek into their daily lives and hear about what it is really like to be a professional dancer.
Jillian, originally from Delaware, joined Ballet Arizona in 2007, Nayon, originally from Brazil, joined in 2012. George Balanchine’s iconic Rubies was the first ballet the now husband and wife danced in together on stage!
