Bag Restrictions and Screening:

For the safety and security of all patrons, Phoenix Convention Center & Venues has implemented a screening process for all public shows at Symphony Hall and The Orpheum Theatre.

All patrons will pass through metal detectors to screen for prohibited items. Clutch bags no larger than 8.5” x 5.5” and clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted. Medical and family bags are allowed.  No other bags are permitted, and all bags are subject to search.

Prohibited Items:

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, the following items are prohibited at Symphony Hall and Orpheum Theatre.

• Weapons of any kind
• Outside Food & Beverage
• Outside Alcohol
• Any non-clear bag or purse that is larger than 8.5″ x 5.5″
• Illegal Drugs
• Balloons

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to showtime!
