Angie Slade is a Phoenix-based graphic designer and the founder of Angie Slade Design, a creative studio specializing in thoughtful, visually impactful design. With over two decades of experience, she has cultivated a niche in the arts and cultural sector, helping organizations express their missions through clear, compelling design.
Since 2012, Angie has served as the graphic designer for Ballet Arizona, playing a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity across season campaigns, performance materials, and community outreach. Her long-standing partnership with the organization is both a professional collaboration and a personal passion—making her role on the Contemporary Council a natural extension of her commitment to the arts in Arizona.
Angie earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she studied alongside artists, dancers, musicians, and actors. Immersed in a vibrant creative community, she developed a lasting appreciation for the performing arts and the vital role they play in shaping culture, fostering connection, and encouraging self-expression.
She is honored to serve on the Contemporary Council, where her lifelong love for the arts and expertise in design come together in new ways to further support Ballet Arizona’s mission and impact.
