Karlin Keller is a senior communications and marketing executive who leads Enterprise Transformation & Employee Communications at Intel, a global technology leader with more than 80,000 employees worldwide. She oversees a team responsible for executive visibility, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and employer brand strategy—driving clarity, trust, and connection during one of the most significant corporate reinventions in Intel’s history.
Her team partners across the business to deliver integrated communications that support strategy execution, culture change, and leadership alignment. She has broad expertise across marketing and communications, spanning corporate strategy, change management, digital channels, employer brand, and culture storytelling.
She earned her MBA from Cornell University and her undergraduate degree in business from the University of Kansas. Originally from Kansas and a lifelong dancer, she is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Ballet Arizona. She believes in ballet’s power to inspire and connect, and is committed to supporting the company’s next chapter and its lasting role in the community.
