With nearly two decades of experience in the medical device industry, Kat brings deep expertise in sales strategy, leadership development, and market expansion—paired with a people-first approach that’s become her hallmark.
Her career includes high-impact leadership roles at Boston Scientific and, most recently, Saluda Medical, where she supported the commercialization and organizational build out of the US field team. Having led high-growth teams and launched innovative technologies across competitive markets, Kat knows firsthand what it takes to drive results while building a culture of trust, inclusion, and ownership.
Today, she blends that experience with her work as an executive coach, helping women in MedTech grow their careers, amplify their influence, and scale into leadership roles without sacrificing authenticity or well-being.
