Katie Bargetto is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Axiom Wealth Solutions, a boutique wealth management firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Katie spent more than a decade in the corporate sector, including eight years at The Boeing Company in program and project management roles and four years at Driscoll’s, where she focused on genetic deployment and social and environmental impact. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
With a lifelong passion for dance, Katie grew up immersed in the Arizona dance community, spending four years as a student at Ballet Arizona and later managing her family’s business, Phoenix Dance Academy, while attending college. Today, she continues her connection to ballet by taking adult classes at Ballet Arizona.
Katie and her husband, Mike, live in Phoenix with their four young children and are enjoying the beautiful chaos that comes with raising a busy family.
