Randi Moelager specializes in the field of organizational development with a strategic and relational leadership perspective. She has more than 10+ years of experience as an executive leader and has served in several positions in non-profit and public organizations. Randi’s field of expertise revolves around creating quality in undergraduate-level education as well as being responsible for research programs in leadership and Leisure Management. Randi is currently attached as a project leader with the Arizona State University in research programs regarding leadership development. Randi holds a Master of Political Science at the University of Southern Denmark which she has supplemented by a Master’s degree in Management Development from Copenhagen Business School.
Randi grew up in Denmark and has recently moved to Phoenix, Arizona with her family. Randi’s passion for ballet was cultivated through many years of membership with the Royal Danish Ballet but began with her mother introducing ballet at an early age. Randi shares her joy and love for ballet with her family where everybody enjoys watching the performances and she is honored to serve on Ballet Arizona’s Contemporary Council.
In her free time, Randi enjoys attending local art events, playing tennis, and hiking in the desolate and beautiful Arizona landscape.
