About Madison Center For the Arts

The Madison is a state-of-the-art venue featuring a 908-seat auditorium, extensive veranda and spacious lobby with a soaring 40-foot ceiling. The elegant versatility of this venue makes it an ideal choice for corporate events, galas, weddings, and other large life celebrations. Free parking is available in the newly completed 375 covered stall parking structure located directly south of the facility by the Madison Promenade.

*Please note – The seating chart for SBAZ’s 2022 production of The Sleeping Beauty is different from shown. To accommodate seating for Phoenix Youth Symphony Orchestras, seating will begin in Row J.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available at Madison Center for the Arts for patrons requiring wheelchair access or other special needs. It is located in Row Y, Seats 15-22.

Please inform your ticketing representative of your seating needs when purchasing in order to take advantage of wheelchair and companion seating. You can contact our Box Office at 602.381.1096 (711 for Relay Services) for details and seat availability.

Large Print Programs

Large Print Programs are available at mainstage performances. Please see the front-of-house staff for assistance.

Assistive Listening Device

Assistive listening devices are available at all performances in the theater. Headsets are free of charge and subject to availability. Patrons attending performances may obtain assistive listening devices by contacting the House Manager or any Lead Usher.

Directions and Parking

Please arrive early. There is no late seating; patrons who arrive late will not be able to take their assigned seats until the first intermission. Will Call and the Ticketing Office at each performance venue opens one hour before each show.
