Beginning a new hobby can be nerve-wracking. We know that goes double for joining a ballet class!

Ballet Arizona wants to shut down the myth that only aspiring dancers can learn ballet or enjoy a class. Many celebrities and major athletes from the NFL to WBA (World Boxing Association). And, you don’t have to know a single detail about ballet before starting!

Learning the basics of ballet is beneficial to everyone from athletes to developing children to individuals who need help with movement and mobility. Not to mention, you are adding a little creativity to your life learning a new art form!

In ballet, you will move the tiniest muscles that you never even realized existed. Ballet can improve your:

  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Core Strength
  • Coordination
  • Muscle tone
  • Endurance
  • Cognitive ability

Movement and art is beneficial for everyone! Ballet Arizona offers three levels of ballet classes: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. There is also live piano accompaniment for all ballet classes! Our classes are open to teens age 14 and up and adults of all ages to experience dance training, stay in shape and have fun!
